Index.php acting strangely

I'm not sure if this is my theme or what, but:

Going to www.langemark.com produces no error.
Having a session id does neither,

Clicking on the "home" button which takes you to index.php without a session id gives a page with TWO logos!
WHat is this.
I don't think it is a cache problem.
I see it in both Mozilla and in Konqueror and in Opera (Yes I changed to Linux the other day ).
