Facebook Share Issues [#1390066]

Updated to 2.1 and now have a few issues with Facebook Share.

For one, upon the page loading, it shows "Share On Facebook" text, which looks real ugly until the page finishes loading.

And Second, there is no difference between the Button Count and the Box Count - it's one big long blue box with the "f" icon and "share on facebook."

I just want the "f" with the box count.

Fixed both, since Facebook share doesn't works like that i had to add a workaround to remove the text.

The FB Share id has been changed so reactivate it in the service list.
