File metainformation missing update during conversion

Hello, I'm using this module to convert some files in mp3 using ffmpeg and cron and all is working great.

However when I play the field with SFW tools it complains that it can't find the wav file, but then SFW tool still provide the embedded player with the right mp3 file and all go smoth.

Please see the attached snapshot. I just wander if in the conversion some metainformation managed by drupal about the file should also be updated, otherwise how SWF object would still look for the wav file?
