I am not sure if that was a case of conflict with rules link or Field permissions
I have installed the workflow module and tried to assign work flow statuses to Job per template,
1.Enabled Locale module
2.System asked to install translation helpers module, because Flag module needs it,
3. After that asked installation of Content translations Translation helper needs it
4. after installing it when I tried to add another field to job per template i get irrecoverable error.
