hello all
i just installed the garlandrtl theme and I went through all the needed steps.. I enabled the localization, added arabic and hebrew in adition to english, enabled the language block.. but when I press on the hebrew or arabic nothing changes bt the content of the forepage (which is good).. what am I missing here?
