$ drush en awssdk_ui

Module awssdk cannot be enabled because it depends on libraries  (2.0-alpha2) but 7.x-2.0-alpha2 is      available

I managed to enabled it thru the Drupal Modules page tho

Sounds like a drush issue, believe I remember reading an issue report similar to this elsewhere.

Please try with drush5 and see if bug has been fixed.

I experienced this problem with Drush 4.5 and it's gone with 5.0-rc3.
