parish_info 7.x-1.0-alpha1

First alpha release of the parish_info module. Alpha-to-alpha upgrades will not be supported, but shouldn't be too hard to do (a simple uninstall and reinstall of the module will fix any problems... you'll just need to re-enter parish data).

Once a few issues like #1391358: Allow addition of parish event time data and #1367990: Provide XML file/endpoint for sharing parish information are resolved, I'll release either a beta or a release candidate.
