I was experimenting... trying to get a panel that would be the width of the BODY, automatically. I am using Bartik for the sake of experimenting. My goal is to have all of the panels just be the same width as ID=main, which is 960..
I would like to mimick the whitehouse.gov menu system.
any suggestions on how to do this?

And it seems that there are many people interested in seeing the menupanels expand to the width of the entire THEME.

Could we have at least some response from the maintainers, so that we know that he/she is reading this?
