This is the same problem as with Arctica #1363424: Crashes XAMPP installation after copying the theme (at least I suspect this).

Yeah that's the one I tried. Crashes right when I try to install it. Doesn't even get to authorize.php. And it crashes twice somehow. The second crash comes five seconds later.

I'm guessing it was auto-restarted and something gets stuck in the stack that causes a second program quit. After the second fail it doesn't crash anymore and I browse the site like nothing happened.

I did, however, get it to work on my GoDaddy site but there were some PHP and other dependency errors (I believe that were a result of Skinr).
