Private download with unique code by email

Hello everyone. I hope someone can help me.

Im trying to do the foloowing thing.
1 some visit the website and fills in a form
2 that visitor will get by email a unique id to download a file
3 for some reasons I don't want that the file is directly accesible to navigate to it

Is there already a module like that?
