Our company uses Novell to validate user logon. Can Drupal integrate with Novell e-Directory?

Well it depends on the version of NDS you are running, but you should be able to use the ldap modules and point them to your edir box (it must have a replica) , I have done this before and it works great.
I used the ldap module to accomplish this. it works great so far.
