Add block title direct menu parent support

A common use case when using the sub content block is to display the current node's direct menu parent (which turns the block into a breadcrumb of sorts). This allows visitors to use the block title as the "section" name and the block's menu as the content within that section.

This block title generation method should be added to Submenu Tree.
