sprintf() and empty query errors with new "track" tab

Issue Summary

I'm getting these two errors every time I access the new "track" tabs that were just committed into CVS:

sprintf(): Too few arguments in /home/virtual/site440/fst/var/www/html/includes/database.inc on line 147.

Query was empty query: in /home/virtual/site440/fst/var/www/html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 66.
