Regex substition

Feature request for a user to be able to type "s/foo/bar/" and have the bot process the regex substitution on their previous statement on the channel.

For example:

 UserA: I like pottery.
 UserA: s/pottery/pudding/
 Bot: UserA meant, "I like pudding".
