I like the functionality of this module. One improvement I would suggest is to have the ability to always hide the toolbars from certain roles.

For example in our workflow we like to use the admin menu for site builders, but for content creators the core Toolbar is best. It would be nice to permanently hide the core Toolbar from the administrator role in this scenario.
