Logout options not working with dev version.

Issue Summary

Hi Guys,

I found that logout options are not working with latest Dev Version. Attached is the patch to make it work. Please commit to repository after review.

Drupal Version : 6.22

Project: Facebook Connect
Version: 6.x-2.x-dev

I had used this patch to made changes successfully . but logout is not working fine now. Please check the same.
