I have a "n/a" teaser on the frontpage I cannot get rid of it.

It does not have a node number so I cannot visit the node and it is not listed in Administer → Content management → Content so I cannot delete it.

Could someone help me how to get rid of this teaser please?

I have fixed the problem.

I found one of the spam has been posted as image and (I think) Spam module unpublished it. However the node has been promoted to the frontpage and it created "n/a" nodeteaser.

I have change "node" table so that the node is not promoted to the frontpage and "n/a" teaser is gone.
