I didn't enable "Autoplay", but all videos "autoplay" when arriving on the page.

Update.php and clear caches didn't solve the problem. I tried also to activate "Autoplay" and de-activate "Autoplay". Still autoplays.

I've also got YouTube videos that doesn't "Autoplay".

I've never seen this. Could you provide the link/embed code you're putting in? Also it'd be helpful to get a snippet of the code you're site is generating.
