I have done a patch for resolved this bug

I tried this patch, but it does not seem to resolve the issue. Anyone is still able to create rows or edit the table. Any other suggestions? Thanks much in advance.

This patch resolved access to "node/%node/edit" which was impossible for user.

I don't know if there are some feature for denied access to create rows or edit table

(sorry for my english ;)
