The FullCalendar legend is now working great with Colors API. I'm wondering if the legend could be accomplished in a more flexible way by adding a views relationship hook to colors module. That way you can create your own legend block with views and have the flexibility of the fields displayed and where they link to, etc? Not sure if this is even possible, but it seems like it would solve some of the issues about selecting which vocabulary or other entities to display in the legend?

Right now it does a lot of checking to see which date fields are present. I personally like the automatic nature of it, otherwise you'd have to update both your calendar view and your legend view. But I'm open to suggestion.
