I've tried several attempts at getting Option Images to work properly. At first I was able to upload images and have them saved to the options but then bugs set in and each time it would break down. Now I can't even get it to upload an option image.

It would be helpful to know who has Option Images working correctly. If you have a working install please consider replying with the following info:

  1. What versions of Drupal, Ubercart and Option Image are you using?
  2. What patches did you have to install?
  3. What steps did you take in your process of installing and set-up?
  4. Did you have to disable any modules that were conflicting?
  5. Does your Option Image install allow you to delete images?
  6. When an option image is clicked, does it swap in to replace the main product image?

Sorry to be the guy with all the questions but I'm really stumped on this. Thanks for the help you can give.

I got it to work correctly on my install.

  1. Drupal 6.22 (makes no difference) - uc 6.x-2.x-dev (makes no difference) - oi 6.x-1.x-dev
  2. Here are all the patches I have applied to oi. I've also attached the patched oi that I'm currently running.
  3. No.
  4. Yes, kind of. (see #334815: unable to delete images)
  5. No, it doesn't replace the main product image. Here is what it looks like on my site.

I really appreciate your response. The module you attached is working for me on options that are radio buttons.

But, I have one problem. It doesn't work for "checkbox" style options, probably because you can select multiples. It would be awesome if there were little thumbnail images next to each checkbox in the option list.

Thank you for your help. I think the module you attached should be committed as the new release since it works better than the current official release and dev version.

I have tried this on a selection box and I am seeming to get these errors..??

warning: Missing argument 4 for theme_uc_option_image() in /var/www/vhosts/site/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/ubercart/uc_option_image/uc_option_image.module on line 612.??

And the button to select an image doesnt seem to show up..??

Any thoughts how this can be fixed..?? I am using acquia prosper theme..
