system-module.po includes a parse error:

system-module.po:1:2: parse error
msgcat: found 1 fatal error

maybe that's why the development snapshot is not updated.

the patch solves this issue.

Hi,

the error came up due to a cleanup of the .po-files in version 1.24.2.9 (http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/drupal/contributions/translations/de/syste...). I acknowledge the error, but I can't say whether the addionational sentence is on the right position there or not.

To re-establish the parse integrity I committed your patch to DRUPAL-5 but contemporaneously I'd like to require a review.

I noticed that issue this morning, but couldn't fix it as I was in a hurry. It appears to be fixed now.
