My Recent Log Entries is getting filled with the following notices repeatedly:
Location https://web.example.edu:8443/admin/reports/dblog?render=overlay
Referrer https://web.example.edu:8443/create/index-page?formfilter_id=index_page_...

Notice: Undefined index: formfilter_id in formfilter_ui_form_alter() (line 128 of /var/www/html/drupal_test/sites/all/modules/formfilter/formfilter_ui/formfilter_ui.module).

Notice: Undefined index: #suffix in formfilter_ui_form_alter() (line 115 of /var/www/html/drupal_test/sites/all/modules/formfilter/formfilter_ui/formfilter_ui.module).

Anyone have a fix?

I hate to do this, but since the 7.x is unsupported and unmaintained, I need someone to step up to the plate to get this and any other patches committed.
