I can confirm that the module have this issue since yesterday (january 5 2012).
i'm using drupal for facebook 6.x-3.1+
Clean installation of drupal 6.22 + facebook PHP SDK 3.1.1

but i dont found a solution!!.

Any ideas? facebook api changes?

I looked at that post but don't indicate whether permission offline_access is used, and the version of the module used is the 7.
The problem is the same but the conditions are different in terms of versions.

I think that the issue is independent on Drupal 6 or 7 version, since it seems to be caused by a change of the facebook.com guys.
