Release notes

7.x-2.0-rc1 adds support for ctools css cache usage and for regenerating css on demand. Because of this ctools module is now required.

Improve ctools css cache integration and css building on demand #1361328: Use ctools for CSS generation.
Remove files from .info file because no object containing #1397058: Unnecessary files are listed in the info file.
Fixed bug where css file would be generated without any selectors.
Removed forgotten var_dump from the code.
