Get block to appear on User/login page

I have a simple block with some text that I want to have appear at the bottom of the user/login pages...

I have 'Show only on listed pages.' selected in the configuration, 'user/login' entered in the Pages box...

But the block doesn't show up. I'm wondering if this is because the login page is a tabbed form...

Or is there some other Druapl URL I should use?
