At least test emails contain the "Errors-To" header which is not among the headers accepted by Amazon SES. As this header is not crucial for sending emails, I'd suggest to remove it or to make it optional. As far as understood, this issue is not relevant for Drupal 7, but for the current installation a solution would be necessary.

Any workaround would be appreciated.

oadaeh commentedThis issue is being closed due to Drupal 6 being at the end of its life. If you feel this is still a valid issue for the Drupal 7 compatible branch of this module, feel free to re-open this issue and provide updated information.
