Per #1301972: Deprecate Nodewords_PageTitle it seems there may be a conflict between the API documentation (API.txt, nodewords.api.php) and the actual API (the functions).

The conflict doesn't exist in the code, the problem is that the API changed five times (v1.10, v1.11, v1.12, v1.13 and v1.14) during the v6.x-1.12-x development process and three of these were reverted for 6.x-1.13. The README.txt, API.txt and project page have been updated with additional notes regarding this.
