A permission is defined for the DC Creator tag, but it's never associated with the tag in nodewords_extra_nodewords_tags_info(). If a user doesn't have the 'administer meta tags' permission, it's impossible to edit this tag.

Patch rolled against the 6.x-1.x branch attached. Let me know if I should re-roll against a different one (I don't submit many patches). Thanks.
