Hi, I could do it, and I dont think it would take so long, its just that many other projects have gotten in the way :( Definitely a little financial assistance will help.

Latest version of module now has domain 3.x compatibility. Still at an initial stage, would appreciate testing and feedback!

I install latest version (alpha4) of Domain Admin module with Domain 3.x, the users able to change their theme but they cannot change theme settings (especially I want to change logo of their site). When I click to configuration of selected theme system is showing you do not have permisson for do this..

wow - i missed this comment. Im not sure that the feature request falls within the domain of this module, it is probably better implemented as an extension to the 'Domain Settings' submodule of the main domain module, and then this module can assign individual permissions.
