Downloaded last version of tcpdf_5_9_143.zip, uncompress it and uploaded to sites/all/libraries/tcpdf having sites/all/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php well located.

In my list of modules Webform 2 pdf says:
webform (ok) but Libraries (not present)

Some tip will be much appreciated,

I am having the exact same issue. I really hope someone will help. I fill like someone out there knows the answer and he/she is just watching us squirm!!

Hi,
Libraries is an API which you have to install it (http://drupal.org/project/libraries) as a module.
