The current implementation of references dialog respects the bundle setting and adds edit and add links for all bundles that are acceptable choices. In some cases this might not work however, since you might only want to have an add or edit link for a particular bundle, but support search for all of them. We should make it possible to select which bundles are allowed.

Here is a patch that works for add fields and node references. I will add the other settings later.
