Hi,

I'm trying to edit the front page node and whereas in D6 I would usually use node-front.tpl.php I can't get anything to work in D7. I've tried node-front.tpl.php, node--front.tpl.php and node--[nodeid].tpl.php but they don't seem to work.

Could anyone point out what I might be doing wrong?

It is not clear what you are trying to do. Are you using the default front page (a list of node teasers) or a single node? node--front.tpl.php will only work if 'front' is a content type in which case you need to clear the theme registry for Drupal to find it.

Ah, thanks nevets. I thought I could clear the theme registry by visiting the theme admin pages and pressing save. Now I've cleared it properly it's showing up. Thanks again.
