0.6 released, another batch of changes incoming

I just tagged 0.6, as I did a lot of work yesterday on the settings page and a few other things, so things are probabaly going to destabilize again for a few days, and I wanted to give you non-bleeding-edge people a release to hang around on. (Who knows, it might all work, crossing my fingers here...)

New features post 0.6:
-- Settings page rewritten.
-- Started on a hook_gmap().
-- Behavior flags are more explicit, and all show up on the settings page (and soon, the macro page...)
-- Marker manager options are actually passed to the js now (to make actually implementing them easier.)
-- Click behavior will be per-map.
-- GeoRSS should work in more cases now.
