Incompatible with CCK content copy

Hi,

I tried exporting/importing some content types with CCK content copy module. I was getting an illegal choice was detected error.
Tracked it down to CTM module causing these specific errors:

• Illegal choice 1 in Menu expand behaviour element.
• Illegal choice 1 in Enable the Menus you want to be available for this Content Type element.

Will disable CTM for now as a workaround so I can 'clone' some content types but I think there's something wrong with the $options given in #22 and #30 and the validation of those while importing the content type.
