Cant access the basic event content type edit tab, when I do I get the following error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _cck_signup_nodereference_fields() in /Library/WebServer/Documents/mysite/sites/all/modules/cck_signup/cck_signup_group_confirmation/cck_signup_group_confirmation.admin.inc on line 15

I can access manage fields, manage display ect but can access the edit tab.

How can I fix this?

Do you have "CCK Signup Group Confirmation" enabled? If so, can you edit your content type with it disabled?

I noticed that I can have everything else but that specific sub-module enabled, and be OK. But as soon as I enabled Group Confirmation, I can't edit any of my content types.
