Hi

I have activated the core poll module and have set up a poll here http://www.hartlandpeninsula.co.uk/poll-baskingshark, as you can see it contains a description, image, etc.

However, when you place the associated poll block in a sidebar, as is here http://www.hartlandpeninsula.co.uk/test-poll.html, it only displays the title, polls results and a button.

I would like to display more fields in the poll block, I have searched high and low for a solution, but nothing, at all... Am I missing something really obvious!?

Are there any obvious settings I can change to allow for this?

Or, would I have to theme a poll block?

If I have to theme, I can see how I would add the following fields field_photo, field_description, to the poll block theme to display them but how would I display Poll title, Poll choices (referring to the poll content type)? what would the field code be for them.

Any help greatly appreciated...

Hi,

You need to go to admin>content type>Poll> Manage display and make those fields visible for teaser too.

i did check this before, but all seems in order, the fields are visible for teaser too, however, i may be wrong

if you click here http://www.hartlandpeninsula.co.uk/test-poll.html you can see a screen grab, if you click on screen grab it will open an enlarged version - if you can find a moment to take a quick look that marvelous
