I enter the google ID, gave access to anon. and authenticated roles to search my page, yet i get an access denied.
I even disabled the search module in case it conflicts with google search, still no luck. Any ideas why? Thanks.

Strange, I cannot reproduce this issue. Do you have an example URL?

I had to enable it back.
Here: http://youfolder.com/search/google
Most of the content is in spanish, try typing "Salsa". The message you will see on the screen says "Access denied".

your search domain setting is wrong, it should be a google domain like google.com, google.ca, etc.

I'm getting Access Denied also - but my search domain is set to the default, google.com. Here's the url: http://cutelab.com/ppi. Any help appreciated. - UPDATE- I figured it out. Thanks.

(in drupal 6.x) make sure the anonymous user has permission to search content under the "search module" permissions in the permissions panel on /admin/user/permissions
