can't access public galleries

Description
Anonymous users accessing public gallery creates a new gallery.. and hence can't see files within the user being viewed's gallery
I create new gallery with a user
add a file from IMCE files to new gallery
log out, browse to user page / 'view gallery'
click gallery name (test)
I recieve this message:
The directory files/IMCE/u0 has been created.
Can't browse other users gallerys as logged in users
Your uninstall script leaves the IMCE gallery item in modules list
I'll wait a while before I try this again ;)
