So I'm stuck using Drupal 6 for the near future. Looks like there are some cool new adaptive/responsive themes for Drupal 7. I noticed that AdaptiveTheme, Fusion, and Omega themes all have Drupal 6 versions but they are limited in functionality compared to their Drupal 7 versions. With that said, what would be the suggested theme to use in the meantime?

Also, as far theme upgrades path from D6 to D7 for each of these themes, is it much easier to upgrade from omega 6 to omega 7? Or would it be about the same amount of work to go from AT 6 to Omega 7?

I have a D6 site with a quality Fusion Theme and need to upgrade to D7 as well. I am faced with the higher cost of upgrading Fusion or move towards AdaptiveTheme. Does anyone know the pros and cons of D7 themes?
