Link on Livethemer configuration page leads to an "Access denied" page

On http://[site]/admin/config/livethemer/livethemer is text that reads, "If you wish to use the Livethemer Base theme, download it...". The link leading from "download it" goes to http://livethemer.com/theme , which returns "Access denied" (when logged into livethemer.com, anyway). Either that page should be made available to all, or (better) it should go tohttp://drupal.org/project/livethemer_base .
