Sorting by title, empy words and specials caracters

Hi Ron,

I think the some kind of settings should be added to enable sorting by title to ignore certains words and characters. For exemple, a title starting with "L'Acadie de nos ancêtres" should be sorted based on the letter "a" and not "L'". In fact, in some specialize database certains words - called "empty" - are ignored by search engine (ex. "The", "An" and in French : "Le", "La", "Les"). Furthermore, an when sorting a journal article displayed between " those should be ignored.
