Our site Ready4aChange.com when we set up everything using the Fusion_Mobile Theme doesn't work. m.ready4achange.com doesn't show when we enable it. It actually causes our browsers to forward to m.ready4achange.com?

Do you have to create a m sub-directory?

Is there additional steps that needs to be taken other than the installation of the files?

As yashadev mentioned in #1, you must create a subdomain (m.ready4achange.com) in order for Mobile Tools to function properly.
