Good day all!

I'm intending to build a social market site where people can register and post their items for sell. They can also came back and do any medications or changes. The question is: For such a site should I use Ubercart or E-Commerce? Or they both can do the job?

I believe you mean Ubercart or Commerce (eCommerce doesn't have a D7 port right now. I know, similar names).
Unfortunately, whatever you choose you will need to code it yourself.
Ubercart has the marketplace module: http://drupal.org/project/ubercart_marketplace but it doesn't have a D7 port yet

The Ubercart VS Commerce discussion has happened already on forums, so a search will give you more info on that.
I believe Commerce should be easier for a developer to extend, at the cost of user friendliness.
