Notice: Undefined variable: hook in print_preprocess_print_page() (line 171 of /var/www/nipmo/modules/print/print.module) [#1400922]

I am getting this error when trying to send an email of a page. The email does appear to be ok, but the page gives the above error.

What could be the mistake with the module?

I changed the line "function print_preprocess_print_page(&$variables) {" to include $hook as a parameter.

Is this correct, as the notice is now gone, but I don't know what I might have broken in the process.

I can't reproduce this.. Please make sure you've refreshed your theme registry and the cache.
