http://topics.nytimes.com/top/news/international/countriesandterritories... doesn't specify a a pubDate in the RSS. This appears to cause simplefeed to trigger the 'You have to specify a valid date.' warning and feed items do not appear.

Ok, I researched this a fair bit, and it's definitely a simplepie issue. I'm going to create a patch, and then work with their developers to get it integrated. Thanks. I'll leave this ticket open until the change is incorporated into SimplePie
