Port to Drupal 7 ... to what and who pays? [#1401498]

We should have a D7 version of DirectDebit.

But do we need a UberCart version or just a Drupal Commerce?

And who wants to support this financially?

My guess it takes 3 days to upgrade + ubercart + commerce.
