Possibility to set TAG for paragraph (ex. P insted of DIV) and to hide the target option for LINKS

Issue Summary

Hi to all,

I would like to suggest two little improvements mentioned in title!

If is possible to reach for this goals by some settings... I'm interested to receive infos about!

Once more... sorry,

there's a possibility to reduce options list for "formatblock": ex. to have only h2-h3-h4 instead of all HTags?

I just test Whizziwyg 3 (6.x-3.0-alpha3) and found Whizziwyg use <p> rather than DIV.
Not yet tested on Whizziwyg 2.

You are right... also in 6.2.x; I make a mistake!

But i confirm the other two request:

1) possibility to hide "target" option in link editing bar,
2) possibility to customize the element list of "formatblock".
