We had a need to track changes to permissions on roles, and would like to see if the module we wrote makes sense to roll into Role Watchdog, or if it should be kept as a separate project.

I'm inclined to keep it as a separate project, but given that it hews very closely to the problem Role Watchdog is trying to solve, I thought we should discuss it here first.

There are a couple different use-cases for tracking role changes, and not all of them are actually security (though that was indeed the reason I originally wrote it).

Unless others feel differently, I'm also inclined to thinking separate projects.
