Bulk Category Update Making Forum aliases when no Forums

I created a simple free tagging vocab and then created a not with a few tags in the vocab. I then when to the pathauto settings and did a bulk update of category paths using all defaults for the settings.

I think looked at my path alias table and saw both forum and taxonomy aliases had been created even though I don't have forum module enabled or any forum content. In addition, the forum topics got the main alias and the taxonomy ones were given a -0 suffix.
